Ohhh, now that's a nice one! I finally got my machine pouring a decent shot... it's EVERYTHING to do with the Grind! We recently bought some Balzac's in Stratford and had them grind it on the finest setting, and it's been the best yet. Better than all I've had ground by Starbucks so far. In all the years I've had the machine, THIS is the best crema I've made so far with this machine. At least I think it's been the best so far...? Making micro-bubbles, however, is a lost cause.
